Action Live provides technology for live auctions. Sellers are responsible for accurately describing items and fulfilling completed sales. Buyers are responsible for bids submitted through their accounts.
Users must provide accurate information, protect account access, and follow applicable law. Seller access may require approval. Action Live may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, prohibited activity, or marketplace safety.
The server controls accepted bid order, auction timing, and recorded results. A late valid bid may reset the remaining time according to the auction's configured extension.
Real payments, payouts, shipping, refunds and dispute workflows are not enabled in the private pilot.
